As support director, cut average ticket resolution from ~7 days to ~2 — rebuilt support as a systems problem (Jira routing, ownership, SLA, technical triage)

How I Work

Async by default

Remote and independent for years — own product, clients, no manager, no standups. Decisions in writing, documented context, self-unblocking. What I look for isn’t company; it’s scale of impact.

Validate before building

After shipping products nobody asked for, I formalized a rule: no hypothesis gets code before a 7-day validation funnel. It’s killed more of my ideas than it has approved — which is exactly the point.

AI as a thinking tool, not a shortcut

I architect, review and own the outcome; agents execute. A background in psychoanalysis informs product and UX thinking — how people actually decide, not how we wish they did.
